BUT 1st! Lets talk decor! Tilt has an urban industrial revival feel. They use a lot of matte black and warm woods. Walking in you see large garage doors used all around which must be great in the summer when they are all opened! The metal chairs and industrial style lighting only add to its early industrial feel. Its a comfortable place to have a meal and they have options for recycling and compost (it is Oregon afterall).
Here is the rundown on what we ordered:
Mad Andy (Signature Burger): Chuck patty, onion ring, bacon, egg, blue cheese, jalapenos, lettuce, tomato, mayo
BBQ Chicken Rancher (Big Salad): Grilled chicken, tossed in our house recipe BBQ sauce, romaine lettuce, roasted corn, black beans, tomato, cilantro, house recipe ranch dressing, crispy tortilla chips, and bacon lardons
Smoke Break (hand carved sandwich on house made bread): Smoked brisket, house recipe BBQ sauce, jalapeno slaw
Large Tilt House fries with Tilt sauce and house recipe ranch dressing (don’t get the large it is insane)
